Alma Technologies, expands it's offices in the new building of the first Technological Cluster in Greece,
the "Innovation Center in Microelectronics" inaugurated by the Greek Ministry of Development and the
General Secretariat of Research & Technology, in Marousi/Athens, today January 17th 2007. The "Innovation Center in Microelectronics" houses under the same roof 15 rapid growing high-tech companies. These companies develop novel products and high-end technologies in the fields of microelectronic design, semiconductors and embeded systems, and already produce marketable results exported to the global market. The companies participating to the first Hellenic Innovation Center in Microelectronics are:

Bytemobile, Photronics. The "Innovation Center in Microelectronics" was developed under the framework of the Hellenic Technologic Clusters Initiative (HTCI), which was founded in April 2005. HTCI's goal is to encourage the evolution of new high-tech companies, as well as help the growth of the already existing companies, and in extension to promote Greece as a pole of attraction for foreign investors. During the inauguration event, a memorandum of cooperation between the HTCI and the renowned in the field of technology foundation of "Sophia Antipolis" of France was signed.
